1) Open an account in a picture uploading site such as http://photobucket.com
2) Upload your picture/s by choosing the upload picture option or by clicking the browse button
3) Browse through your local hardrive for the picture/s you want to post.
4) Once you have selected it, choose ok then click upload.
5) Uploading may take a while.
6) Once upload is successful, check your picture.
7) Below it are HTML tags. Look for the tag with title "IMG Code".
Copy the tag.
9) Paste it on message.
10) View your message to check if upload had been successful.
